Metro Manila. This cyclone is expected to move northwest to north-northwest at a speed of 17 km/hr, traversing Calamian Group of Islands this evening and shall be over the West Philippine Sea by tomorrow. *Residents living in areas near the path of this storm and its associated troughs are advised to take precautionary measures against possible flashfloods and landslides. |
