Current Status and Outlook | A Tropical Disturbance (LPA) over the North Philippine Sea, east of Northern Cagayan has been developing rapidly and could become a Tropical Cyclone within the next 06 to 24 hours. This potential system is expected to affect the northernmost islands of Extreme Northern Luzon, where scattered to occasional rains and thunderstorms beginning Sunday (Aug 20) through Monday (Aug 21). |
