Current Status and Outlook | Tropical Storm DOKSURI (MARING) has just moved out of the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), on its way to Hainan-Northern Vietnam Area. This storm is expected to slow down for the next 24 hours and could become a Typhoon by tomorrow afternoon (Sept 14). *This is the Final Update on this Tropical Cyclone. |
