Current Status and Outlook | Tropical Storm YAGI (KARDING) is now heading towards the Southern Islands of Japan particularly Okinawa and the Ryukyus, and is expected to move out of the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) by early Saturday morning (Aug 11). *This is the Final StormWatch Update on this Tropical Cyclone. This system will continue to induce the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) and bring scattered to widespread occasional rains and thunderstorms across the western sections of Luzon including Metro Manila through the next 24 hours. |
