This website is updated every 6 hours (12pm, 6pm, and 6am Philippine Time ~ GMT+8) during times of tropical cyclone activity except 12am Philippine Time (to be included if Tropical Cyclone will pass over the Philippine Islands or close to Bicol Region).

REGIONAL WEATHER FORECAST

SYNOPSIS:
At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm "JOLINA" (CONSON) was estimated based on all available data at 125 km West Northwest of Iba, Zambales (15.8°N, 118.9°E) with maximum sustained winds of 85 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 115 km/h. It is moving Northwestward at 25 km/h. Meanwhile, the center of the eye of Typhoon "KIKO" (CHANTHU) was estimated based on all available data at 800 km East of Baler, Aurora (15.5°N, 129.0°E) with maximum sustained winds of 185 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 230 km/h. It is moving Westward at 15 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting the western sections of Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

FORECAST:
Western Visayas, Palawan including Kalayaan Islands and Occidental Mindoro will have Monsoon Rains. While the rest of Visayas will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers or thunderstorms due to SW Monsoon.
Moderate winds from the Southwest to Southeast will prevail over Visayas, Occidental Mindoro, & Palawan including Kalayaan Islands with slight to moderate seas.

Moderate to Strong winds from the Southwest will prevail over Visayas, Palawan including Kalayaan Islands and Occidental Mindoro with Moderate to Rough seas.

PAGTAYA:
Ang Kanlurang bahagi ng Visayas, Palawan kasama na ang Kalayaan Islands at Occidental Mindoro ay may mga pag-ulan dala ng Habagat. Ang nalalabing bahagi ng Visayas ay may maulap  na papawirin na may kalat-kalat na mga pag-ulan, pagkidlat, at pagkulog dulot ng Habagat.

Katamtaman na hangin mula sa Timog-Kanluran ang iiral sa Visayas, Occidental Mindoro, at Palawan kasama ang Kalayaan Islands at ang mga baybaying-dagat ay magiging katamtaman ang pag-alon.
