SIONY (ATSANI) strengthens into a Severe Tropical Storm (STS) as it remains quasi-stationary over the past 6 hours…will start to move slowly westward towards Extreme Northern Luzon.

: STS SIONY (ATSANI) is forecast to begin accelerating westward at an increased forward speed of 19 km/hr, and could intensify further by tomorrow morning (Nov 05).
