Current Status & Outlook	Typhoon ULYSSES (VAMCO) has weakened upon crossing the landmass of Central Luzon, and is now moving over Zambales Mountains…expected to emerge over the West Philippine Sea later this morning. Tropical Storm to Typhoon-Force Winds will continue to prevail across the western portions of Central Luzon including Metro Manila for the next 6 hours. 24-hr Outlook: TY ULYSSES (VAMCO) is forecast to turn westward across the West Philippine Sea at a forward speed of 19 kph, and is likely to re-intensify after moving out of the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) tomorrow morning (Nov 13).
