Current Status and Outlook | Tropical Storm DAMREY (RAMIL) upgraded from Tropical Disturbance (LPA) 96W while over the West Philippine Sea…now moving out of the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on its way to Southern Vietnam. 24-hr Outlook: TS DAMREY will become a full-blown Typhoon (TY) by tomorrow morning (Nov 03) while moving westerly across the South China Sea. *This is the Final StormWatch on TS DAMREY. |
